Built by enterprise operators, for enterprise teams
NeoGen AI was founded by product and engineering leaders who spent years inside complex enterprise programs — watching the same friction repeat and building the system they wished had existed.
We manage the development of intricate systems through a "Single Point of Execution."
By harnessing AI's analytical prowess and the synergistic potential of interconnected systems, organizations can streamline processes, reduce time-to-market, and make informed decisions that optimize resource allocation. NeoGen AI PDS is built on this principle — a unified digital engineering framework that integrates product information, financial data, program management insights, and PLM metrics so enterprise teams can focus on building, not managing the machinery of building.
Interoperability first
We build for seamless end-to-end information flows across every stage of the development lifecycle.
Enterprise-first
We design for the complexity of large organizations and complex systems — not startups that happen to grow.
AI with accountability
Every recommendation is explainable. We do not ship black boxes.
Outcomes, not outputs
We measure success by what teams ship and what systems perform — not by feature count.
The problem we lived
The traditional approach to product development — outlining a concept, determining requirements, specifying details, committing to a design, and building a prototype — has remained largely unchanged for decades. It works. But in today's rapidly evolving market, it is no longer fast enough.
NeoGen AI was founded by product and engineering leaders who spent years inside complex enterprise programs, watching the same friction repeat: siloed data, disconnected tools, and planning processes that consumed more time than they saved. The need for efficiency and cost-effectiveness in product development had never been more critical — and the tools available were not keeping pace.
Over four years of advanced research, including work on autonomous vehicle programs for Class 3 and Class 8 trucks using U.S. Army digital engineering methodologies, the NeoGen AI team developed a comprehensive understanding of what enterprise product development actually requires: AI-enhanced integration, seamless interoperability across data sources, and a unified system that supports end-to-end information flows from concept through manufacturing.
The result is NeoGen AI PDS — a Software-as-a-Service platform backed by $10 million in government R&D funding, purpose-built for the comprehensive design, engineering, and manufacturing of complex systems. Today, more than 40 enterprise teams are using the platform to plan, build, and ship with a speed and confidence they could not achieve before.
